My journey in healthcare began in Nigeria, where I earned my Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Lagos in 2006, followed by a Master’s degree from Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom in 2009. After returning to Nigeria, I married my amazing husband, Olusegun Ayodabo, and together we've been blessed with two wonderful sons.

In Nigeria, I founded two pharmacy stores in Lagos, recognized for their exceptional customer service and innovative approach to blood sugar management. Beyond dispensing medications, my team and I focused on empowering customers with practical nutrition education and sustainable lifestyle habits to balance blood sugar—naturally supporting healthier weight management and lasting health outcomes. To make nutritious foods more accessible, I imported whole grains, nuts, seeds, natural sweeteners, and herbal teas, while also creating free educational resources that made healthy eating simple and approachable.

In 2019, my family relocated to Canada. Since then, I have expanded my expertise, becoming a licensed clinical pharmacist in 2021 and earning my certification as a Diabetes Educator in 2023. These experiences allowed me to work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds and reinforced one core truth: sustainable lifestyle changes are among the most powerful tools for balancing blood sugar, supporting a healthy weight, and transforming long-term health.

Today, as a certified Nutrition Coach and Master Health Coach, I help clients create healthy habits that truly last. Using proven coaching techniques, personalized strategies, and compassionate support, I walk with you step-by-step as you build the strength, confidence, and health you deserve.

As Your Lifestyle Blood Sugar Expert, I combine my background in healthcare, nutrition, and behavior change coaching to help individuals take control of their blood sugar, reverse prediabetes where possible, support healthy weight loss, and prevent progression to more serious health conditions.
