Meet Toyin Ayodabo
Your Blood Sugar Expert.

My Story
My journey in healthcare began in Nigeria, where I earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Lagos in 2006. I later completed a Master’s degree at Manchester Business School in the UK in 2009.
While in Nigeria, I founded two pharmacy stores in Lagos. These weren’t just places to pick up prescriptions—they were known for great service and a new way of helping people manage their blood sugar.
My team and I didn’t just give out medications; we taught people how to eat better and make small lifestyle changes that made a big difference to their health.
To support this mission, I imported whole grains, nuts, seeds, natural sweeteners, and herbal teas—foods that could make healthy eating easier and more affordable. I also created free resources to help people understand how to eat well without stress or confusion.
In 2019, my family moved to Canada. Since then, I’ve become a licensed clinical pharmacist (2021), a Certified Diabetes Educator (2023), and now a Certified Nutrition Coach and Master Health Coach.
These experiences—across two continents—have taught me one clear truth:
Sustainable lifestyle changes are powerful.
They can balance blood sugar, support healthy weight, and completely transform long-term health.
My mission is simple:
To help you take back control of your health— through practical, sustainable changes— so you can live free from the complications of type 2 diabetes.

Ready to take control of your blood sugar and energy—for good?
