Why I Created The GlucoGrip Method™

The GlucoGrip Method™ was born out of a personal need—to protect my own health and rewrite the story I saw unfolding in my family.

In my early 20s, after realizing that type 2 diabetes ran in my family, I started making small changes—like cutting back on soda. I thought that would be enough.

But as I got older and approached my 40s, things changed. Despite years of effort, I began to notice stubborn belly fat, overall weight gain, and—shockingly—blood sugar levels just a few points away from prediabetes.

That moment lit a fire in me.  I dug deep into the research and started applying everything I learned—step by step. I began seeing real results. When I shared what I was learning with my clients and loved ones, they saw changes too.

But for me, it was never just about the numbers. I wanted a path to better health without the stress, deprivation, or overwhelm so many people experience when trying to “fix” their lifestyle.

That’s how The GlucoGrip Method™ came to life.
